The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 短小但不够精悍，前50分钟比较乏味。后续的故事，也颇有种为反转而反转的意味，因为老头的计划达成得太顺利，显得黑帮很蠢。最后又翻出老头的真实身份，固然很帅，但有些画蛇添足。
全部情節都在一間裁縫鋪裏發生，劇情一次又一次的反轉太驚艷了，老裁縫躲在暗處挑起猜疑的火苗，所有人都在他設好的局中起舞，不費一兵一卒的掌控才是真正優秀的計謀，老爺子的演技真的太絕了。。。

影帝咋演也不像北野武呀，老年那个特效太扯了，干啥不真找北野武呢？
Berlinale居然会入没想到 肯定又有人要出来说这说那了（嘻嘻）剧情本身不反套路吗？挺棒的啊 也许我对黑帮题材本来就有滤镜吧 这是“凡人”也有搞翻（搅屎）帮派的典范哈哈哈哈哈 😃😃😃
感人是很感人啦，但总体还是俗套的励志电影，滤镜太厚，现代制作感太强了，缺乏上世纪街头三教九流粗粝感
总体3.5分，师徒间的感情有点太煽情了，有些深层的感情其实留白比较好。
前半段的故事都极有质感，但最后的几处转折实在是太过勉强了……
比较中规中矩，想想带点痞气、暗黑、固执、搞笑的北野武，应该可以拍得放飞一点就更好看了。

但你说这个故事反转惊艳吗？其实也不至于。只能说剧本挺巧妙的，却还是故弄玄虚的成分更多。
如此低调的片名下，隐藏着如此精彩感动的师生情，结尾眼泪止不住的流，师傅的行为完美诠释了什么叫“终身为父”。
能理解郭德纲他们那种戏谑人生了

蛮有趣的话剧式电影，非常明显的人物上场再退场以串联故事，但作为悬疑色彩这么重的片子，结局却唐突又情理之外，这太糟糕了。
