The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 虽然很俗，但是不难看，跟一般那种蠢到不行的狗片不一样，
老兵和社会格格不入，一心想回到军营，背负送战功狗狗去主人葬礼，然后将其安乐死的任务。老兵把妹，被狗狗干扰，误入大麻农场主家，开始了解狗狗。带着狗狗免费住酒店，结果狗狗失控袭击中东人。进监狱，被放走，和朋友训狗，得知其走出战争阴影过上新生活，和狗狗关系拉近。东西被偷，和狗狗合作找到小偷，发现对方可能是个堕落老兵，开始思考自身处境。雨夜狗狗害怕打雷，老兵温柔以待，自己恐慌症发作时，狗狗陪伴。在送狗狗去安乐死后，选择回头，放弃投身战争的想法，带着狗狗回归正常生活，和妻女修复关系。
中文名取得不对。是狗和中年退伍军人的相互救赎的公路电影。
公路片，不太喜欢，这哪是喜剧了，说实话有点看不下去。。。
两个战后创伤综合症在公路之旅中找到了彼此的信任。
很棒的一部美国老兵与动物的公路片，钱宁塔图姆的形象很适合这个角色！

ps我知道不该说这个，但是他真的太好看了，睫毛忽闪忽闪，还有弧度恰到好处的嘴唇，这次导演真的给了福利，摄像机动不动就直怼这两个地方，简直无法移开目光
看了一会感觉似曾相识，慢慢看才想起应该是改编的，记得以前看过类似的片子，看完查了下是翻拍的2018年的片子，很压抑 男主没有上一部男主脸上的冷静感，这个看的非常躁动，分分钟要崩溃
被感动到。一直有想哭的冲动，但还是忍住了，动物永远是人嘞的好朋友，动物都是有灵的，或者不如说万物有灵。
打雷天，为了缓解狗的焦虑，看狗喜欢的肥皂剧，给狗读它主人的情书，哈哈哈哈
一人独狗，送军犬去参加主人的葬礼…治愈系，向前看！
剧情确实太老套，但全片氛围感较好。看到男友有点出戏，总想起他在爱恋里面的表演，以为又是一部情色片。
