The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 两位的演技都很自然啊 是那种真诚流露的感情，并没有过分的煽情，小松确实是带着作者的心态去演绎的这个角色，相信原作者泉下有知一定会感到欣慰吧！坂口前部分摆烂的那种心情我也太懂了~
最大的问题在于，这十年里所有忘掉疾病留下的美好印记都用mv式的剪辑过掉了，最后给出的理由却是“因为你所以让我拥有了活着的感觉”，这比坂口的表演还无法令人信服。如果说小松菜奈还在努力让我以为她真的只剩十年生命，那在坂口的眼睛里根本找不到那么深刻爱的证据。只剩狡猾的剧本，在最后投出所有的催泪弹
喜欢！！！每个作品都好用心，糖水铺搅糖水的转场还有水塘里的倒影真的好棒！南天门是电梯门的设计好可爱，玉皇大帝和王母娘娘是不是爷爷奶奶？蓝色铁皮柜轮椅的旁白是原作兼导演啊虽然生涩但是感情是真挚的感染力强得难以置信……夸不完啦都是惊喜。音乐好用心！！！我要夸夸bgm太完美了和剧情发展贴合到恰到好处
当生命进入倒计时。十年不是准确的时间，是女主得的绝症，最长可活十年。倒计时的人生，除了怨天尤人还可以干嘛？女主选择把自己的故事写成小说，那些与友人的开心时光，与亲人的宝贵回忆，以及，幸运的，与爱人的幸福点滴。可惜的是，与爱人的情感比较波折，不然美好的回忆会更多吧。这是小说改编的电影，小说作者就是女主这样的女孩，可惜她在小说发行前离世了。有相似生病经历和痛苦爱情的观众应该会被感动吧，影评里哭得很厉害的观众不少。不过，这样的剧情无法打动我了。

'絕症'題材純愛片… 日式櫻花物哀美學… 2011～2019，四季更迭，友情/愛情/親情，MV式蒙太奇堆疊出幾段暖甜時光… Dv記錄美好畫面，病床上一一刪除，剩下初相遇的那段，自殺失敗的少年答應'茉莉'，要振作起來活下去，以她之名築吾之店，少女長存在小說裡… 疾風襲來，時間靜止，如果有平行宇宙，我們會攜手登上晴空塔，穿過落英，走進婚姻，扶養孩子… 看似老梗的催淚悲劇商業電影，小松菜奈很好地撐起全片… 妳溫暖了我的春夏秋冬，你點亮了我的灰暗天空；妳賦予我存在的意義，你激起我對死亡的恐懼… 妳的這一生，感受到了幸福，雖然有些短暫… 你的往後餘生，請開心地，活出璀璨人生… 結尾主題曲響起，124min的憂傷過後，生如燦花倍珍惜…「或是將我僅存的生命分成兩半，一半給你，不行嗎？」（22🐴奇幻影展）
【1.5】果然被拍得俗套又廉价，甚至你根本不知道两个人的情感从何而来，总之稀里糊涂就开始铂爵旅拍了，Nana酱再美也无济于事啊。
小松菜奈和坂口健太郎拍的照片真的好有感觉。
也不能说好看，或者说是一部好电影。但就是，一直哭，哭到眉骨疼、后脑勺疼。也就是说，这绝对是一部好哭感人的电影。哭一哭有益身心健康，深刻感受到要抓紧时间谈恋爱，不要白白浪费时间！
好幼稚，余命十年，最重要的课题明显不应该是爱情。
蛮不错的 但我觉得套路都差不多啦 没有花束那么好看！ 小松菜奈真的绝了！
远不及当初预告带给我的震撼大，通看下来甚至觉得有些平淡，整体七分左右（为小松莱奈的颜加颗星）
故事性很弱。。。但是小松菜奈演技总算进步了。
比跟苏打演的线好多了，多亏了胶片氛围照宣传非常吸引人，坂口和小松很对味，黄金配角们的演技撑起了这部平庸的电影（剧情桥段都太平乏），1.5倍速刚好（不然会被拖拉到出戏）
这种题材真的太多了，从开头就猜到结局，剧情也没有什么新意。
读完剧情梗概眉头一皱，已大致猜出剧情的七七八八；全靠两人注入的努力（甚至是来源于第一次看到物料，就产生了几分让人心动、立刻想要看到的吸引力），还有格外舒服的摄影，才能让它不至于陷于平庸与如晚间肥皂剧的拖沓节奏中。试着抓住关于生命以及人生际遇的话题，但却在捕捉两人的故事缺失情绪重点；它应该做得更洒脱，或是更细腻到致郁。最终的感觉也好似吃到一个不贵、没有特色的甜点，你不计较于它可能带来的不值，但隔天就会忘记到底是什么味道。
看公众号知道的这个动画合集电影。都是大佬，美术风格的优秀毋庸置疑，画面都是赏心悦目，特别是最后一个短片选择了较为写实的风格，细节精细到咋舌。

画面很美，可以用来做壁纸，小松菜奈和坂口健太郎太配了吧啊啊啊！！至于剧情当然就别看了肯定不行。
这种绝症爱情片要能看得下去，还是得女主角看得顺眼，情节啥的基本不大会有新意了。
